Atlassian Cloud

Atlassian Cloud trials can be extended to a total of 60 days - 30 days on top of the initial trial. To have your Atlassian Cloud trials extended, please Contact our Customer Advocate team with your site URL and we'd be happy to assist.

 

Data Center

We're happy to extend your SoftComply product trial period on Data Center for up to 90 days. To generate a new trial key:

  1. Login to my.atlassian.com. You'll arrive on the Licenses page by default.

  2. Click New Evaluation License to create a new key with an additional 30 days of trial time. Please note that you'll need your DC ID to generate the key. 

  3. Apply this key to your DC installation by navigating to Applications > Versions & Licenses.
