The SoftComply Risk Table displays only those risks that have no Resolution field value.
Here is how the Resolution value is used in the SoftComply Risk Projects: if you want to delete a risk and you click on the “Delete” button in the Risk Table, then the selected risk is transitioned to the “Done” state, i.e. the Resolution field value of the issue is set to “Done”, and the risk is no longer displayed in the table!When you are customising your risk workflow, please remember to use only the Resolution state “Done” and please do not use any other Resolution and transition value.
In case you have decided to use more Resolution field values, then please be aware that the risks with “Resolution not NULL” will not be displayed in the Risk Table.
