In Cloud platform you have two types of risk projects:
Issue type based projects. In this case, risks are defined with specific issue type. Thus the workflow can be changed as you like (there are no limitations to workflow).
Resolution type-based projects. Risks are all the issues with no limitations from issue type. In that case you have to consider the limitation: The SoftComply Risk Table displays only those risks that have no Resolution field value. Thus read below server section to fully understand the limitation.
